Responsibilities:
•Technical leader for development of platform and OEM specific car audio amplifier software
•Lead and steer the technical architecture team to ensure feasible and cost optimized product design
•System definition based on elicitation and analysis of customer requirements.
•Prepare and steer technical presentations and meetings directly with OEM's
•Maintain appropriate knowledge of current and future technologies, methods and tools, related to system engineering and system architecture.
•Coaching of Software architects
•Continuously improve and routinize the cross functional architecture process
•Qualifications:
•Master Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, PhD advantageous
•In-depth knowledge of system architecture styles and design principles
•Experience:
•Minimum of 5-10 years experience in developing real-time embedded systems, at least 2 years experience as software architect
•Experience in one or more of the following areas required: infotainment solutions, multiprocessor architecture, multimedia products within Automotive
•Solid background in using modern development tools like DOORS, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, and system DFMEA
Skills:
•Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
•Flexible in terms of tasks and responsibility
•Ability to build relations and work independently
•Self-motivated, passionate about audio and high sense of responsibility
