Position Summary:
This role will manage all Spare Parts related processes, particularly with analyzing data, identifying underlying issues and preparing reports for senior management.
•Commercial processes i.e. spare part sales, invoicing, price calculation, etc.
•Logistic processes i.e. warehouse management, material movement, deliveries (int. and ext.), stock takes, stock valuation
•Interface to OEM Customers and Service Providers regarding pricing, deliveries of Spare Parts
•Process supervision and improvement (all areas above)
•Statistics (i.e. delivery performance, sales, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
•Preparation of monthly reporting materials for senior management (financial situation, deliveries, stock levels, sales)
•Interfaces with the external service providers to understand underlying issues
•Design, improve and supervise all spare part and refurbishment related processes. (i.e. sales of spare parts, commercial handling, logistics, ...)
•Setup KPIs to track the operational performance of our external service providers and production plants. (delivery performance, scrap rate, etc...)
•Manage spare parts sales projections, sales analysis and sales reporting regarding new and refurbished spare parts
•Coordinate and analyze forecasting with supply chain team
•Work with supply chain (internal/external), customer service and warehouse teams in executing sales needs from forecast to timely, compliant delivery
•Be interface to customers, external service providers and HARMAN teams i.e. Quality, Sales, Customer Service
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree
•5+ years of related experience
•Advanced Excel skills required
•Working experience with SAP required
•Ability to write reports for senior level management

•Willingness to travel 10%
