Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)
Manage strategic engagements while providing exceptional customer service on Windows 10 planning and migration projects
Assume leadership on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders
Develop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customer's current state of operations and recommendations for Windows 10 and/or Office 365 implementation
Develop supporting documentation
Maintain professional demeanor and appearance
Basic Qualifications
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Windows deployment expertise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Configuration Manager OS Deployment (OSD) (3+ years)
SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge (3+ Years)
Experience with large scale windows migrations and active directory upgrades / migrations (3+ years)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs (3+ years)
A working knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access (3+ years)
Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems (3+ years)
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 enterprise features (2+ years)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Edge browser enterprise mode (2+ years)
Windows Server 2016 Experience (2+ years)
CONSULTING SKILLS
Technical writing whitepapers or findings reports (3+ years)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Proven success under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction
Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision making skills
Proven ability to elicit customer requirements, define limits to project scope and develop contract documentation
Travel:This is a remote position and requires someone who can travel up to 80%.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience is preferred
