Manpower is assisting a local business in their search for a permanent Help Desk Support Tech to join their team. This position:
provides direct customer support, incident management, server troubleshooting, as well as hardware and software installations.
Provides tech support to customers in a professional manner and maintains productive relationships.
Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, & support a diverse set of workstation operating systems, to include servers, computers, laptops, hand-held devices, printers, and more.
Assist with network administration, document and update work progress and problem resolution in database.
Perform technology needs and analysis; monitor system performance and security.
