Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor Degree or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience in Project/Construction management preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience in the installation of Hosted VoIP solutions required.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Can perform well in an environment with shifting priorities, demands and timelines and react promptly and efficiently to project adjustments and alterations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
- Proven ability to bring project to successful completion.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies within the industry.
- Ability to interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers/clients of all demographics and professional skill levels.
- Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Time Requirements:
This position is based in Iron Mountain, MI. Must be dependable and able to work outside the normal Monday through Friday workweek, with varying hours outside of a typical 8am – 5pm schedule. Travel will be required, estimated to be 50-75% of the time.
