About this Career Opportunity:
•Manages/participates in all administrative office and clerical support functions including HRIS employee benefits, payroll and client billing, medical record maintenance and control and acts as a liaison to select corporate departments.
•Provides the clerical functions and administrative duties in the office.
•Maintains petty cash and disperses funds when necessary. Process employee mileage and expense reports/reimburse requests through the AIL process.
•Prepares and submits client placement information on a monthly basis.
•Prepares and submits rosters on clients, foster parents, and schedules appointments. Conducts phone screening for potential foster parents and schedules appointments.
•Prepares outgoing mail and distributes incoming mail. Purchases and maintains office supplies.
•Ensures accurate client billing by overseeing the collection and input of data into the company systems. Works with the executive director and billing stuff to ensure maximum reimbursement to clients and company.
•Prepares payroll, certifying hours worked against billing sheets and resolving discrepancies. Enters or oversees entry of payroll data into payroll payroll system within the required timeline. Distributes paychecks as needed according to company guidelines.
•Initiates and maintains current employee contract personnel files in compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Responds to employee inquires regarding benefits, payroll, expense reimbursement, office systems and related information.
Position Requirements
•Must have a high school education and two years experience working in an office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Associates of Art degree preferred, in Business a plus.
Additional Information
Experience working for healthcare and especially Rehab Therapy preferredy.
