The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing real estate assets and/or negotiating real estate transactions with 3rd parties. Transactions assignments and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: management of wind interests including: management of production payments and contractual obligations, damage and settlement payments, compiling wind turbine data, monitoring mortgage foreclosures. In addition, the Analyst may be responsible for negotiation and management of oil and gas leases, release of surface rights, royalty payments, management of mineral rights obligations and document management. Transactions assignments may include but are not limited to: property sales, easement grants, releases or partial releases of easements, leasing. This individual may serve as, or support the primary interface between the external customer and internal stakeholders and may be responsible for negotiating real estate transaction terms and conditions that give consideration to current and future operational and business needs. This individual will work closely with third parties including individuals, business entities and governmental agencies.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in the applicable field of study. Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive Company or industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.
These skills may set you apart from the rest:
•Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License - Required to perform certain real estate transactions. Required to perform certain real estate transactions.Not essential pre-qualification, but should be obtained within 1 yr.
•SR/WA designation preferred
Essential job functions:
•Effectively negotiate with external customers for various land rights.
•Effectively communicate with internal customers to understand impact of requests and identify and negotiate solutions that protect current and future operational and business needs.
•Analysis and interpretation of existing real estate documents found within the company's document management system.
•Ability to understand and analyze operational and business needs and concerns and develop transaction terms & conditions that give appropriate considerations to all issues.
