Position Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
•Monitor Teamcenter Change Analyst queues, resource pools and other workload related buckets to ensure that current work and backlog thresholds are properly maintained and quality standards are upheld
•Provide regular status of Change Request backlog to Change Specialist Leads (Abrams, Stryker, IWV and other core programs) so that the Leads can apply the appropriate manpower to reduce program specific backlogs.
•Interface with Design Services Project Coordinators and Change Analyst Lead(s) to ensure that Configuration Control activities are in sync with the priorities of key projects / programs.
•Track, Maintain and Status monthly Over Time Equalization activity
•Provide weekly OT assessment guidance to Section Manager & Change Specialist Leads
•Assist in the training assessment and deployment of technical resources
Position Requirements:
•Associates in Technical Discipline preferred.
•5+ years experience with Teamcenter performing as either a Change Specialist, Change Analyst or comparable engineering support function
•2+ years experience functioning as a Technical Lead ior Project Coordinator is a plus
•Familiarization with salaried Bargaining Unit local Agreements (specifically as it pertains to offering, recording and reporting overtime/ manpower activity)
•Prior experience managing / coordinating moderate to complex projects
•Outstanding attention to detail in accurately reporting facts, figures, and technical information
•Well establish track record and reputation for working in a team environment to execute taskers with integrity, high quality and professionalism.
•Familiarization with Configuration Control, Problem Reporting or Risk Management processes and standards
