Within the Tools technology domain, the IT Service Reliability Specialist is globally responsible for developing the technologies, architectures and configurations that deliver the infrastructure services to position the organization to achieve current and long-term objectives. Provides technical expertise within a domain area, creates standards, delivery models and proactively designs infrastructure solutions to support change and drive innovation related to a technical domain. Communicates clear technical direction, creates technology use cases and develops strategies for technology transitions within a technology domain. Responsible for the creation of global technology standards within a domain, enrollment in the service catalog, and technical domain expertise. Reports to the ICT Global Lead of Infrastructure Architecture. Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science
•Minimum 5 years of professional experience
•Minimum 2 years of experience designing monitoring and automation tools for large scale global projects providing end to end solution for network, compute, databases and applications
•Minimum 2 years of experience architecting solutions for application centric monitoring with full visibility into cost breakdown and optimization
•Minimum 1 year of experience building the tools solution for business applications in cloud, container/server less architecture across multiple cloud providers in different regions
•Experience working with Splunk for data collection and analysis, setting up CMDB, setting up SNMP MIBs and configuring traps
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or relevant field of study
•Cisco certification of CCNP
•Splunk certified Power User
•Demonstrates ability to communicate in written and verbal form to all levels of management as well as technical and non-technical business partners
•Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving abilities
•Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
