Position Description:
Contract Administration duties in support of multiple Contracts including
Support administration (writing sales order, AoPs/AoCs routing, observe and support preparation of negotiations) of CLS/Service contracts.
Work with senior level CA as a mentor.
Support proposal preparation efforts, negotiations, execution of modifications, correspondence and customer interface for routine sole source / competitive procurements (eg. spare parts contracts).
Coordinate all required approvals and notifications pursuant to Contract Administration Procedures and Company Standard Practices.
Participate and observe in the preparation of quotations, bids and proposals.
Assist in the Drafting of Sales Orders, requests for estimates and all other required contract administration documentation corresponding with complexity listed above.
Follow-up and provide tracking on customer correspondence and issues. Interface with internal customers to ensure prompt resolution of problems and effective day-to-day communications.
Organize, track and input data to support department metrics and quality initiatives.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, appropriate Liberal Arts or Science, Engineering or Legal prefered.
Adherence to schedules and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and accomplish tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Reading, interpreting, drafting contractual language and documents.
Knowledgeable of the FAR and DFAR is desirable but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Some travel may be required.
Solid oral/written communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
Detail oriented, hardworking and enthusiastic.
Ability to work independently when requested.
Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers, including TACOM, USG, DCMA, DCAA
