Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
•Single point of contact for software licensing audits, coordination between the suppliers, Legal department, Production Support teams and any other involved party. Assuring licensing audits are performed based on the defined audit procedure.
•Responsible for maintaining the Lear key suppliers list, with the input of Lear IT Supplier Managers and Senior IT Leadership.
•Monitor Supplier Strategy fulfillment, reduction of supplier base and identify opportunities with existing supplier base. Determine and maintain preferred suppliers.
•Lead supplier scorecards creation and scorecard review meetings with IT Senior Management. Provide management view on scorecards including history.
•Maintain contract renewal quotes with assuring of meeting deadlines and most advantageous renewal rates. Assess and propose renewal optimizations and alternatives to PS Management.
•Plan and lead IT Supplier Conferences and coordinate Supplier of the Year Award.
•Coordination and supporting on new / renewals of service contracts with Legal, Purchasing and PS teams. Define and maintain service contract repositories, consolidation of service contracts.
•Collaborate with PS Tools & Processes team to support the definition and implementation of repositories and tools which will be supporting the Supplier Management processes.
•The PS Supplier Management Manager is expected to manage his/her scope of responsibilities, following the direction from his/her supervisor.
