We are currently looking for two Corporate Security Officer/Team Leaders to join our Security Team in Holland, MI. This is a 1st shift, full-time opportunity.

Reoccurring Bi-Weekly Schedule:
- 7 days off every 2 week pay cycle.
- Works 6am - 6pm for 5 of your scheduled work days.
- Works 10am - 6pm for the other 2 of your scheduled work days.
- The maximum days you will work in a row is 3.
- Every other weekend off - Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
As a Corporate Security Officer/Team Leader, you will:
Perform day to day front-line leadership of professional security services in support of daily operations at Haworth facilities. Provide exceptional customer service to all Haworth customers and on site operational support to Corporate Security Officers.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
- Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Industrial Security and 5 years of experience in corporate security or law enforcement experience.
- If no degree, 9 years of corporate security or law enforcement experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
- Haworth experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced medical response certification preferred.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Exposure to and working knowledge of card access, fire protection, CCTV, and building management systems preferred.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills and ability to lead team of officers in corporate security or law enforcement environment.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service experience.
- PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
