Family Therapists are responsible for evidence based therapeutic treatment through the principles of Family Systems Theory and case management for youth, their families, and referring agencies. They serve as an advocate for children and families to provide and facilitate the best possible care and treatment available. The Family Therapist collaborates closely with other departments to promote the social, emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being of youth.

We Require Adults To
- Have good moral character
- Be emotionally stable
- Be 21 or older
- Demonstrate knowledge, experience and skills in working with children and families who have experienced trauma
Preferred full licensure Master of Social Work or limited licensure working toward full license. Will consider other Social services degrees such as Marriage and Family Therapist or Professional Counselor with limited licensure working toward obtaining full license. Three years of related experience preferred.
