Job Description:

• Develop common Manufacturing systems for global implementation
• De\velop, specify, validate and install new equipment and tools globally
• Lead the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes for an assigned area
• Utilize project management skills to plan and execute assigned projects; manage budget as required
• Estimate lead time and cost of capital equipment
• Understand & lead safety/ergonomic requirements
• Communicate with all stakeholders, supervisors, engineers, skilled trades, etc. to meet customer needs
• Specific assignment: machining of automotive applications

• 3 years previous experience with tool and equipment build or equivalent project management experience required
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical controls
• High level of analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of Problem Solving Techniques (ie: Shainin/Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Global Travel required
