Gonzalez Contract Services (GCS) has immediate opening for Pension Payment Administrator for our automotive client in Detroit, MI. Duration (1+ year). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Credited service audits for those retiring
- Data entry for pension calculations
- Preparing and mailing out pension packages
- Data entry and processing returned pension packages for pension payments
- Making and Returning phone calls regarding missing or incomplete retirement paperwork
- Updating Workday with new addresses from retirees
- Auditing and fixing Demographic errors from Workday to Pension System
- Data entry of Medicare cards for reimbursement
- Back up for sending Bank file to Pension Trust
- Mailing confirmation letters and SPDs to new retirees
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Comfortable with computers
- Fluent in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Education:
Associates degree
