* Monitors IFS pick, pack and delivery status to ensure products are moving through the system on time and correct
* Picks correct product on pick list
* Packs correct product on pack list and ensures proper counts
* Efficiently ships and ensures proper package sent to proper customer
* Ensures all International documentation is completed properly per our process for each country
* Monitors orders to ensure we are meeting delivery expectations
o Initiates and arranges alternative carrier pick up as needed and appropriate
o Reports damage products to the attention of the Supervisor immediately
* Trains new employees on International shipping processes and work instructions when necessary
o Ensures all training logs are signed off and properly documented before employee performs tasks
* Identifies barriers and improvement opportunities
* Keeps work area clean and safe at all times by maintaining 6S standards
* Operates Hilo, Joeys, Pallet jacks and other heavy machinery in a safe and productive manner at all times
* Promotes and completes problem solving and continuous improvement activities
* Maintains and displays strong attendance habits by being present and on time
* Adheres to PPE requirements
Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* 2-5 years' experience working in a distribution center, warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Computer Skills - Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
* Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Must have a positive attitude while maintaining flexibility
* Able to efficiently manage multiple requests and projects at one time
* Conscientious, accurate, and detailed-oriented regarding work output
* Ability to use proper counting, weighing and measuring skills as appropriate
* Problem Solving - able to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Must have valid driver license for hi lo / joey certification
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
* Frequently required to stand, sit, and talk or hear
* Frequently required to walk and stand
* Ability to climb a ladder
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
