Job Description and Requirements
We seek a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) who will work directly with our clients to help our customers build secure, high-quality software faster. As a CSE you will form and build customer relationships post the sales process and throughout the lifecycle of the services engagement, develop a deep knowledge of our products while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and assume overall customer responsibility and escalation management. This involves understanding our customer s software development needs and technical environment to integrate our platform into their developer s daily workflow. The CSE consults with clients to facilitate optimize processes that enable software signoff. You will develop a trusted adviser relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure customers are leveraging our solution to achieve full business value
You will own all aspects of customer nurturing, including driving engagement, maintaining overall customer satisfaction, and retention. Your passion and determination will drive success for both your customers as well as the Software Integrity Group.
General Responsibilities
* Contribute to services scoping working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering and other CSEs
* Document customer requirements and review use cases
* The general onboarding of new accounts and successful technical implementation
* Constantly strategize, conceive, and execute internal processes to improve the Customer Success organization and our service offerings
* Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the Software Integrity product line and the company functions as a whole
* Customer enablement ranging from formal training to constant efforts driving self-sufficiency within your assigned accounts
* Assist in the attainment of Synopsys s renewals business
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* 4+ years of technical engineering experience or relevant experience in a customer facing role
* Proven ability to prioritize activities, set objectives and meet milestones
* Well organized. Able to deliver project milestones and deliver on-time
* Experience working with at least two programming languages namely C/C++, C# or Java
* Understanding of one or more scripting languages as Python, Perl, JavaScript, etc.
* Desired experience with security testing and network protocols
* Understanding of open-source software libraries such as glib, OpenSSL, Boost C++, etc. and their associated licensing
* Experience with project scoping, requirements gathering and software development lifecycles
* The ability to work with, connect to, and influence people
* Good analytical skills, conceptual ability and creativity
* Strong mentorship/training background
* Able and willing to travel up 50% as the job requires
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Master s Degree preferred or equivalent Experience
