RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Part Time (less than 30 hours) Bi-Lingual (Burmese/Chin) Human Resource Coordinator:
* Serves as a translator resource for TM questions on anything H/R or supervisory related.
* Assist in the recruitment and retention of Burmese team members
* Assist with filing as needed and documentation processes when needed
* Cross functionally trained in all administrative roles to assist in hiring team members
* Meet regularly with generalists/coordinators to discuss area trends and concerns
* Attend and participate in weekly departmental meetings
* Hosts orientation for Burmese/Chin speaking team members
* Convert needed written material from English to Burmese/Chin
* Verbal translation and interpretation of company specific alchemy trainings
* Should be comfortable on the production floor
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
* Understanding and knowledge of written and verbal Burmese and Chin languages.
* High School Diploma Required, Associates degree in Business or HR field preferred * 1-3 yrs of HR experience ideal * Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices Prefered * Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Ability to handle data with confidentiality * Excellent organizational and time management skills, self motivated and able to be a team player!
