DAY-TO-DAY:
Identify and plan daily maintenance activities in response to operational and regulatory compliance needs. Maintain and publish the areas weekly preventive maintenance and compliance activity schedule. Primary point of contact for planned work activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate routine preventive maintenance activities throughout the area.
Communicate and coordinate preventive maintenance activities with the scheduling group, and other impacted work groups to maximize facility reliability and availability.
Ability to identify resources i.e. inspection, contract labor, technical support, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate tasks.
Coordinates support prior to job start and identifies all interfaces and support required.
Generate and maintain all mandated testing and inspection repetitive procedures as necessary for regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, TRRC, etc.).
Generate and maintain all equipment Routine Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance repetitive procedures.
Participates in developing job scopes and defining job plans, to assure efficient work processes. Assures materials and equipment are available before associated Work Order is scheduled.
Manages parts and equipment critical inventory. (e.g.- pumps, motors, controls, measurement) Enter all active scheduled work in a load leveled, four-week demand-based schedule. Lock-in/publish schedule of active PM work for the upcoming week.
Monitor regulatory work orders (OSHA, DOT, TRRC, etc.) for compliance and completion. Monitor and distribute backlogs for completion updates and scheduling considerations.
Produce and post KPI reports. Provide shutdown support in develop the Shutdown Plan, if needed, generate and update a tracking tool with progress updates from execution, generate and update the cost estimate.
Monitor and plan inspection non-conformance and/or regulatory compliance deficiency resolution. Prepare cost estimates or bid analyses for 3rd Party maintenance/repair work.
