Title: Working Supervisor Afternoon Shift

Employee Reports to: Area Coordinator & Operation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Supervise a crew of up to 5-10 people
- Delegate duties within team members
- Complete work orders from customers
- Must be able to enforce work polies and disciplinary actions
- Cleaning of commercial buildings, such as courtrooms, police stations, & recreation center
- Sanitizing restrooms, break-rooms, kitchens and cafeterias
- Dusting and trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Restocking of restroom supplies, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Supervisor experience required
- Janitorial experience required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, & active listening skills
- Must have the ability to lead crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- HS Diploma or GED
PAY RATE: $12.00
SHIFT INCLUDE: 2nd shift available & some Saturdays required
