What you will Need:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business
Basic Requirements:
* At least 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
* Basic understanding of a General Ledger and Cost Accounting principles
* Conceptual understanding of the design and purpose of internal controls
* Aptitude and desire for learning new systems and improving processes through automation
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (i.e. - spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formulas creation etc.) PowerPoint (presentation creation and editing) and MS Word (document creation, formatting and editing etc.)

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong customer focus with analytical, financial, and economic thinking skills
* Highly motivated, proactive, willingness to engage and partner
* Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
* Accounting coursework that includes Intermediate Accounting and Cost Accounting highly desired
* Minimum 3.0 GPA in Accounting Coursework
* Inventory management experience
* Experience providing timely information and service to internal business customers
* Experience as an accountant or analyst in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in Public Accounting or Large Company Corporate Accounting
