Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute Job set up, invoicing and collections for Partner Services.
• Manage billing and coding team to facilitate meeting unconverted cash goals.
• Provide guidance and tools for direct reports to achieve goals.
• Perform annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
• Establish and maintain internal controls/process to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Review collection reports and collaborate with subdivisions to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures.
• Responsible for leadership in enhancing operational system features and identifying system process improvements, enhancements, and internal controls.
• Reviews and approves all processed invoices, credit memos and cash receipts ensuring that they are proper and being processed timely.
• Compiles monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports related to AR, Unbilled, and Unearned as required for internal or external reporting.
• Actively seek to automate manual processes and transition team members to analytical roles instead of data processing roles.
• Demonstrate company values and leadership characteristics consistently and hold others accountable to do the same.

Required Skills:

• Four year degree in Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Experience in Finance.
• Experience managing financial services professionals.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
