Digital Media Coordinator
Shift Digital is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator that will be responsible for the hands-on management of online media programs including but not limited to Search Engine Marketing, Display Advertising, and Social Media Management. The Digital Media Coordinator will work directly with the Digital Media Team Manager and applicable account team to plan and implement high performance dealer-centric media programs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily execution of local, targeted paid search and display campaigns
• Communicate directly with the Digital Media Team Manger on all aspects of media including campaign performance, project status, account changes and goals for the account
• Responsible for making decisions regarding campaign health- when it runs, how it runs, where it runs and how to spend budget effectively for clients
• Proactively research, identify, and create new digital media plans to present to client
• Analyze campaign performance data to produce actionable insights and flag issues and then make strategic recommendations for change based on results
• Strategize, implement, and monitor optimizations and campaign health
• Present education material to OEM clients
• Relay monthly reporting to OEM clients and field questions or concerns
• Manage budgets and reconciliation
Requirements:
• Expert in paid search (must be a hands-on, day-to-day expert)
• Understanding of display, retargeting, paid social, and paid content marketing
• Excellent Excel skills is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a variety of data sources and internal customers in a fast-pace agency environment
• Ability to be self-sufficient and have entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to successfully complete the Google AdWords certification
• College degree – preferably in Marketing
Value add:
• 2 - 3 years’ experience working with online media campaigns
• Experience developing local based advertising campaigns
• Experience with bid management software (Adobe, DoubleClick, etc)
• Understanding of advanced Microsoft Excel functionality including pivot tables, V-lookup formulas, IF logic formulas, etc.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
