Duties:
Answer crisis lines, assist residential clients and individuals seeking assistance. Respond to emergency situations within the shelter in addition secure, maintain, clean and organize shelter. Coordinate shelter duties to include but not limited to: cleaning, maintenance, manage in-kind donations. Participate as a member of the on-call rotation team. Respond to STOP calls, respond to the needs of the shelter all the on-call responsibilities specified in the Standard Operating Procedures.
