Answer crisis lines, assist callers with emergency needs. Respond to emergency situations within the shelter. Interact with residential clients, listen and offer support. Complete general housecleaning chores. File monthly reports. Process, sort, and organize donations.

Additional Requirements

This job entails working some nights, evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be required to complete paperwork for background checks. The chosen candidate will complete 40 hours of in-house training.
