CHEF
Chef position available for a busy full service restaurant in a local Northern Michigan community. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all activities of the kitchen. This will include food purchasing, costing, preparing, and menu development. Training and supervision of all kitchen personnel required along with establishing and maintaining nutrition and sanitation standards. Knowledge of computers required with Micros experience preferred. Previous kitchen management experience required. Catering and banquet experience a plus.
