This position will under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds. Maintain ice sheet and convert venue from hockey to basketball.
Minimum qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent. Required Specialized Training/Certifications: Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required. Certified to operate a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift within six months of hire. Required minimum work experience: Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings.

This position is variable shift/variable days, evening and weekend work required. The hourly rate is $14.94 starting; $16.61 training; $17.48 interim; $18.40 working rate.
