* Provide support for a broad range of strategic and operational HR management topics. Core responsibilities will include the design and administration of health benefits within the North America region.
* Support in the design and administration of benefits, i.e. Health Benefits, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, etc.
* Manage inquiries from employees and HR personnel related to health and welfare benefits.
* Support in vendor searches, comparison and evaluations.
* SAP Administration
* Assist in Wellness programs.
* Assist in annual open enrollment.
* Participate in benefit surveys.

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 3+ years of related experience and/or training and equivalent combination of education and experience.
* CEBS certification preferred.
* Good organizational and presentation skills.
* Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
