A Customer Service Representative (Teller) is responsible for completing a variety of customer service transactions.
1. Cash Handling
Receive deposits, verify cash and endorsements, and issue receipts; accepts checks for cashing or paying, verify endorsements, validity and funds; prepare money orders, cashiers' checks, etc.; accept and process payments for all types of loans.
2. Customer Service
- Maintain a positive attitude with the public and co-workers; promote bank services through cross-selling and referral to other departments; explain bank services to existing and potential customers; remain knowledgeable about all bank services.
3. Other duties as assigned.
