The technology and business consulting industry are moving faster than ever, and in this role, you will survey the landscape and leverage our market-leading capabilities to drive healthy, cross-functional services growth. You will serve as a key leader on the Executive team, reporting directly to the President and CEO, bringing strategic thinking with credibility and confidence to drive action through others. You will have overall responsibility for professional services delivery and operations across the enterpriseincluding P&L responsibility for our key service teams, currently dispersed across three geographiesto meet or exceed organizational goals. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key leader on the Executive team, engage openly in strategic discussions to brainstorm, collaborate, debate, solve and execute in a manner that drives success and growth.
Leverage prior experience to inform advancements of our strategies.
Translate organizational vision and goals into executable strategies with the PSO leaders.
Provide organizational communication of key goals, strategies, and efforts in a way that drives clarity and momentum.
Engage with key clients to drive new sales opportunities and solution cross-selling.
Model and teach the OST Way.
Collaborate with the sales teams to creatively approach solution development and innovation.
Establish new service models and solutions to maximize our success.
Act as a point of escalation for issues with project definition, execution, and/or follow-up on client projects as needed.
Analyze the results of our surveys and data (financial, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction) and take prompt, corrective action where needed.
Set strategy that aligns with the company vision, and to the success of the individuals that make up our PSO teams.
Develop and mentor next generation leaders.
Engage with key clients and sales teams to drive effective account planning and execution for growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5-10 years of Executive leadership experience in mid- to large-size business consulting firm.
Ability to understand the nuances associated with operating a multi-geo consulting business.
