POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for customer service of Chrysler and IC Corp, includes monitoring hourly Chrysler Scoreboard and reacting in a timely manner to Critical Shortage Tickets. Complete Shipping Paperwork for Chrysler on a daily basis, as well as submitting ASN’s to Chrysler daily. Provides backup for data entry of receipt information of Raw Materials and Packaging items for Receiving Dept. Provides assistance to the Warehouse Manager/Receiving Supervisor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service for Chrysler – Scoreboard monitoring, order preparation, shipping paperwork, and submit ASN’s.
- Customer Service for IC Corp – download requirements from website, order preparation, and submit ASN’s.
- Generates daily receiving report – compares with actual bills of lading for accuracy, processes Certificates of Analysis. Completes daily data entry of UPS/Fed Ex receipts, and other misc receiving receipts into Assistics. Also a backup for completing data entry receipts of goods received on the Receiving dock.
- Performs shipping responsibilities on a daily basis: pick list generator, packing lists, preparation of bills of lading, export documents, calling trucks.
- Directs dock activities in the absence of Warehouse Manager.
Required Skills
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma. Manufacturing experience helpful. Strong communication skills necessary.
