Job Summary
- Develops and collaborates in the development of Training Strategy
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and design high level curricula
- Conducts needs assessments for training interventions
- Assess organization’s needs using appropriate methods and tools including charters, scoping tools, and standard needs assessment process
- Create a needs assessment report, including proposed solutions
- Perform a task/job analysis and prepare for design
- Develops design documents
- Create and maintain a project timeline to share with Business Operations, customer, ISD Manager and Training Manager
- Create a design document and/or IDO following standards
- If required, perform a review of course architecture
- Conducts client reviews
- Develops instructional materials and evaluations
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and client’s internal customers
- Ensure training meets accepted quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Instructional Systems Design, or related field, or 10+ documented years of ISD experience
- Instructional systems design background, including strong knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, learner needs, delivery of Web-based training
