Centra Wellness Network is seeking an ambitious, dedicated and detail-orientated individual to work as a full time Administrative Secretary in Benzie County. The Administrative Secretary provides support in areas such as: project management, scheduling, coordinating meetings, quality improvement, recording team meetings, utilization review and reporting. Will be responsible to coordinate and distribute administrative workload. Must be knowledgeable in all activities that pertain to administrative functions and ensure that they are being carried out efficiently. Must be able to work with other staff members and keep a positive and friendly attitude when under pressure, interruptions, and deadlines. Candidate should possess exceptional people skills, excellent technology skills and be highly organized. The ability to deal calmly and warmly with all persons is essential.
