Koch Companies Services, LLC, a services business that supports the global affiliates of Koch Industries, Inc. is looking for a Tax Controller who will support the tax accounting, planning and strategic initiatives of Guardian Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
* Understanding the drivers and anticipated tax results to be reported in financial statements as a result of transactions and/or structure
* Understanding business operations and the drivers of tax effects as reported in financial statements
* Understanding the drivers and projected results with respect to foreign positions
* Understanding drivers for reserves, risk adjustment factors and triggers for release
* Reconciliation of projections to results reported in financial statements
* Clear, concise communication of tax results to senior management
* Communication with tax directors with respect to transactions, structure, compliance, etc. to ensure that information is properly reflected in the financial statements
