We are currently looking for a Bid and Design Consultant to join our team in Product Line Management at our Holland, Michigan Headquarters.
As a Bid and Design Consultant, you will:
Support the Product Managers, Haworth Dealers, and Field Sales regarding current and potential products. Help the Field Sales Organization win projects and inform Product Development on new product needs. Create applied design studies, assist in the development of marketing material, and identify clear specifications for Haworth products. Assist with merchandising material to support product launches and provide dealer training.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- 2 years design experience utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, less than 10% of time.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
- Prior experience in contract furniture industry.
- Commercial or residential design specification experience.
- Familiarity with design programs, such as SketchUp or Revit.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work equally well as member of project team or independently.
- Maintains confidentiality when working with proprietary information.
