Job Title:  Service Biller

Work Hours:  8:30 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Thurs.  Fridays are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Location:  Saginaw area

Primary Job Functions:  To process the company invoices for service customers and ensure timely and accurate billing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bill out all service work as received each day
• Sort and match up Service Technician's paperwork daily
• Enter service invoice comments and service history
• Update equipment files
• Edit daily proof, post invoices, mail bills as necessary
• Maintain customer files and filing syste
• Back up Dispatcher on phones and setting answering system each night
• Respond to OTCS customers
• Balance OTCS cash box on a daily basis
• Print daily credit card report and turn in settlement and PCA slips to office manager
• Print and research tickets not completed list weekly
• Enter inventory count as needed
• Assist with training new office personnel
• Extend warranty billing
• Attend Service meetings as scheduled
• Attend Office meetings as scheduled

Job Requirements:

• A successful candidate has to have a reliable transportation.
• Proven work history.
• Be able to pass background check and drug test.
