Eligibility Requirements are as follows: Minimum of 23 years of age, 1+ year(s) tractor trailer experience, must meet or exceed the medical standards of the US D.O.T., must pass a pre-employment drug-screen, must possess a valid CDL Class A license, must have knowledge of D.O.T. regulations governing safe driver, hours of services, inspection, and maintenance, must be available for around-the-clock trips to accommodate freight movements, must be able to be away from home for extended periods of time, and must be able to complete a road test with qualified personnel.
Job Details are as follows: Drives flatbed truck with capacity of approximately 48,000lbs to transport materials to and from specific destinations by performing the following duties; Safe and legal operation of a commercial motor vehicle, safe and timely transportation of freight from origin to destination, proper loading and unloading of freight to assure safety and minimal risk of damage to cargo and danger to persons, professional representation of the company, responsible and courteous driving, timely communication with dispatch as requested, oversee all aspects of vehicle systems and equipment, loading and unloading, safety and security of cargo, and report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
