The Sales Assistant Analyst position is a role that enables PepsiCo sales to positively impact key Little Caesars Franchisees and Corporate stakeholders.
The key objectives and responsibilities of the Sales Assistant Representative are as follows:
1. Manage new conversions, new outlets, existing outlets, Remodels and conversions
* First point of contact for customer regarding Bottler related issues for Little Caesars
* Liaison between customer and PBA Master files, ( DMO) National Accounts/Comp Defense. CSOC, OPS manager, NASM’s and Bottling system
* Process new outlet contracts to ensure PBA Master files DMO is set up properly
* Work with various departments functions (internally and externally) to ensure knowledge of new national accounts, proper equipment installation based on equipment platform and accurate volume reporting
* Work with National Accounts /Comp Defense and Master files to “scrub” incorrectly set up outlets
2. Track fountain and B & C volume for Little Caesars continuously throughout the year to assist the Director in achieving volume targets
* Work with non STAR 2 Bottlers to track volume for Little Caesars outlets to process semi -annual rebates
* Work as needed, to correct/amend B & C discrepancies within the Bottler and Little Caesars community
* Generate over 150 reports annually
3. Fountain and Bottle and Can Equipment Ordering and Updates
* Work with CSOC to ensure proper equipment shipment and appropriate customer eligibility
* Work with CSOC on any requests from Little Caesars regarding flavor changes, equipment moves, installations, uninstalls etc.
* Ensure appropriate set up of Little Caesars locations regarding new opening set up including but not limited to equipment platform, product delivery, Pepsi Direct alignment or IB alignment w/o new outlet opening list
4. Funding reconciliation:
* Assist National Accounts /Comp Defense and Directors / NASM’s with funding reconciliation for multiple franchisee and corporate contracts
* Ensure that all Little Caesars Franchisees and Corporate entities are paid within contractual terms
5. Systems Report Retrieval:
* OSA/FSR volume reports each period
* ESM Service calls monthly to support Director
* Pull and complete random reporting as needed by Director /MFO NASM roles
* Generate over 150+ STAR 2 reports as needed to support Director role
6. Building Winning Relationships:
Individual demonstration of the ability to develop quality relationships with key Corporate and Franchisee stakeholders. Individual must leverage the knowledge of customer’s business goals to achieve the desired results. Individual must also communicate effectively across the customer and Bottler community. The Sales Specialist must have strong PBC and Independent Bottler relationships to achieve the objectives of this position.
7. Planning and Analysis:
Individual must demonstrate and apply industry knowledge, marketplace trends to formulate actionable plans and drive planned results. This role must formulate, collaborate and track customer progress against plan and key promotional performance.
8. Support Director and LCE Team with reporting measures, presentation building, and score card implementation. Build excellent team capability through promotion of teamwork, process improvement, and best practice sharing.
Qualifications/Requirements
Location Flexibility: the role can be based in Winston-Salem, NC or Rochester Hills, MI.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* 3+ years of consumer packaged goods sales experience
* Prefer 3+ years of PepsiCo National Account Foodservice experience
* Must have a solid understanding of the Pepsi Bottling System (or equivalent structure)
* Proven track record of sales success within Foodservice and ideally within PepsiCo National Accounts
* Previous customer management experience and the ability to work in a matrix organization
* Presentation skills
* Financial acumen
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
