The IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for executing moderate to complex test cases in a simulated test environment to identify, document and communicate potential risks in a production release and to ensure the functionality and compatibility requirements are met.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field preferred
Experience:
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a technical support environment or other qualifying experience required
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a quality assurance analyst or tester or in a related / supporting field preferred
- Prior experience conducting testing, developing and supporting web-based applications preferred
- Prior experience working in a professional services firm environment preferred
- Strong understanding of Audit Process Tool and experience preferred.
Software:
- Experience using software such as ServiceNow, PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Automation, PeopleSoft HRMS, Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft SharePoint preferred

- Must be a detail-oriented self-starter function autonomously, with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Ability to understand automated system requirements and translate them into appropriate test cases
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
- Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to develop process documentation and related documentation using diagrams and prose based on customer collaboration
- Ability to travel, including weekends and holidays (estimated 35% travel required)
