Keystone Community Bank is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Rep at our Downtown location. A Customer Service Representative (Teller) is responsible for completing a variety of customer service transactions.
Cash Handling: Receive deposits, verify cash and endorsements, and issue receipts. Accept checks for cashing or paying, verify endorsements, validity and funds. Prepare money orders, cashiers checks, etc. Accept and process payments for all types of loans.
Customer Service: Maintain a positive attitude with the public and co-workers. Promote bank services through cross selling and referral to correct departments. Explain bank services to existing and potential customers. Remain knowledgeable about all bank services.
Potential employees must have good telephone, arithmetic, and computer skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment. Ability to compare names and numbers with speed and accuracy. Good communication skills. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to have flexibility with scheduling (Saturdays included).Three months to one year of customer service and cash handling experience.
