This position serves as a support role within Marketing Strategy, primarily responsible for managing business eCommunications and the business-residential communications review process. Duties include managing the eCommunications calendar for business, reporting the performance of business and residential emails and suggesting changes to impact performance, managing the day to day production process with our email vendor, Questline, and managing the invoicing process. In addtion, the position manages the creative review process within Workfront for business and residential communications and, overall, is tasked with improving these processes and systems in order to better serve our internal clients/customers. The position is required to work independently but with close guidance from a manager.
Responsibilities:
•Plans and manages the eCommunications calendar for Business Brand/Business Customer Outreach: plans communication topics, works with Questline on email production and approvals, manages the business email calendar and updating of internal communications calendars (e.g. Block Calendar), and schedules and manages deployments.
•Manages the creative review proces within Workfront for business and residential communications: uploads creative, assigns tasks/reviews, manages review timelines, and improves process as needed.
•Reports on email performance and makes suggestions to improve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
•Manages email invoicing process with Questline.
•Provides additional support to Business Brand/Business Customer Outreach and Marketing Strategy as needed.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study. Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive Company or industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance

At this level the employee is more likely to be able to move to different functional areas of the Company.
At the highest levels in this job family the work performed will tend to be of a complex nature involving knowledge of various functional/specialized disciplines where the work responsibilities can only be proficiently performed after a relatively long training / experience-related time period. The work environment often includes dealing with risk and limiting exposure, ie, credit limit liaison in power market or coordinating Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance.
Leadership, management, facilitation and interaction with senior management will be markedly increased at the mid - highest levels of this job family while the need for direction and supervision will be markedly decreased. While problem solving and analysis will likely be required at all levels, recommendation and implementation becomes the norm at the highest levels and will often have a major bearing on the Company's business. In addition, skills such as the ability to think on your feet, composure under fire and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with outside customers/clients become more finely honed at the higher levels.
