THIRD SHIFT:
Employees who work Third Shift as part of their normal schedule will also have the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing and documenting the quality of tickets entered in the Remote Ticket Entry and Design Ticket programs. Determine the quality rating of tickets based on set of prioritized criteria.
- Assist e-Locate Users with their ticket entries in an accurate, professional, and courteous manner.
- Notify Notification System Representative Specialist in cases of unresolved, repetitive RTE User errors.
