We are growing and need someone to provide admin / clerical and marketing support to our Office & Marketing Coordinator and Company Owners on a p/t basis.

Role and Responsibilities –
- Assembles monthly marketing newsletter for mailing (folding, inserting, stapling, stamping)
- Assembles other marketing materials / letters for mailing
- Performs follow-up calls to residential and B2B clients to confirm appointments for service and quotes
- Organizing and filing paperwork (alphabetical / numerical / categorical)
- Basic data entry
- Makes copies
- Scans documents
- Organizes office and warehouse areas as directed
- Assists with coordinating and preparing for meetings
- Assists with research calls and projects
- Assists with one-off, special projects
- May run quick, local errands on occasion (post office drop-offs, supply & miscellaneous purchase runs, pickups or deliveries)
- Light housekeeping and tidying as needed (vacuuming, lounge / break room / bathroom tidying and touch-ups, dusting/wiping surfaces, etc.)
