Job Duties:
- Reviews work order report to determine specific parts to be hung in the most efficient manner
- Follow procedure in hanging parts to ensure the most efficient operation of the paint line.
- Understands general pre-prep operation, includes viewing product for defects before entering wash and paint booth
- Assures work area is kept clean and neat
- May be required to participate in quality programs and initiatives
- Prep all parts (Plugs and Racking parts)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 45+ hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Follow & fill out all quality paint inspection sheets
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Powder-coat and paint inspection in manufacturing experience is required
- 1-3 Years experience in a Manufacturing environment (preferred)
