GENERAL LABOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
General Laborers must have physical strength, endurance, strong hand eye coordination, and the ability to multi-task. The ability to understand and communicate information is vital to your role as an Xcel Staffing employee.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly lift/and or move up to 40lbs
- Climb, push, or pull items. (Hoists, lifts, and other equipment will be available for assistance when needed)
- Knowledge of related tools, materials, and equipment specific to your job
- Wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) including steel toed boots, safety glasses, and ear protection
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Position may require overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Understand and communicate information vital to your position
- Basic math and computing knowledge
- Knowledge of general safety procedures
- Ability to meet production requirements as specified
