Finishing Operator Job Summary: A furniture manufacturing company in Kentwood is looking for a Finishing Operator. The Finishing Operator is responsible for:
Finishing Operator responsibilities:
- Operating the finishing line in an efficient manner.
- Completing paperwork accurately.
- Performing job set-ups as needed and pursue training opportunities which further job skills.
- Sanding, cleaning, and preparing wood surfaces using an orbital sander or other tools.
- Inspecting parts to look for flaws and load and unload parts from the finish line.
- Sealing, sanding, and working with sprayers.
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 5am-330pm overtime on Friday and Saturday.
Finishing Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Reliable
- Team Player
