Old National Bank has a position open in Grand Rapids, MI for a Commercial Credit Portfolio Manager (PM). The PM is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of risk analysis and grading, timely monitoring of the receipt and proper analysis of financial information provided by the borrower and timely completion of credit requests for commercial relationships. Commercial Credit Portfolio Managers may work with Commercial & Industrial Credits or Real Estate Credits. Responsibilities: Structure and underwrite both new credit requests and renewals of moderately complex middle market credits. Underwriting of new transactions will focus on appropriate due diligence and regulatory compliance. Approves credit based on lending authority. Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration. Responsible for underwriting quality and portfolio administration. Manage risk in assigned portfolio by monitoring customer credit worthiness, adherence to loan terms, and general economic conditions. Partner with relationship managers to prioritize credit requests and meet with clients as appropriate. Responsible for managing annual reviews, renewals, and portfolio tracking. Demonstrate a clear understanding of Old National Bank policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance or business related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related Commercial Credit Portfolio Manager experience in reviewing and underwriting moderately complex credit requests. Demonstrated success structuring complex credits, researching, evaluating, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and bring projects to completion in a timely manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Moodys Risk Analyst. Detail oriented with strong technical skills, knowledge, and abilities. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Must be team oriented with a demonstrated willingness to collaborate with others to achieve team results.
