Job Details

Applicants must meet the following MINIMUM requirements, these are NOT trainee or entry-level positions:

• At least 1 to 3 years experience with parking lot striping, layout of new designs, stenciling, curbing, general pavement marking, etc.
• Foremen must have min. 3-5 years/seasons experience.
• Established knowledge of paint type application to new and existing concrete and asphalt pavement.
• Commits to a full-time schedule as needed with overtime paid at 40+ hours.
• Opportunity for high production job bonuses.
• Must have a very flexible / open schedule with night and weekend availability. We rotate personnel to ensure day(s) off.
• Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
• Must have chauffeur's license (or must get one immediately after hire) and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in the US.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work long hours outdoors and in the summer temperatures.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Pay:

• $15 - $18 an hour for experienced crew members (1 - 3 years experience)
• $18 - $20 an hour for crew leaders / foremen (5+ years experience)
• W-2 employee position
• Biweekly pay
• Seasonal position with possibility to transition into a longterm opportunity in other company divisions
