We are looking to hire a full-time janitor/cleaner for 4 apartment communities in the Midtown Detroit area. The janitor will be responsible for daily grounds pick-up, cleaning common area hallways and stairwells, public restroom and elevators. The janitor will also clean vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents. This position requires travel throughout the 4 communities, thus requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Janitorial experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
