KMG Prestige, a premier property management company, is seeking a part time maintenance tech for 2 properties located in Beaverton & Coleman Mi. Interested candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be proficient with computer based applications, enjoy working as part of a team, should be energetic, friendly, outgoing, and must have a positive attitude. Our team members must be high energy, flexible and able to work in a fast pace ever changing environment. Prior maintenance experience is required, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, grounds, snow removal, 24/7 after hours emergency and more.
